Making bread

This week in RE we have been looking at the Parable of the Yeast in Luke 30: 20-21 and just like the yeast permeates the dough and helps it to rise we can help to spread the Reign of God. We then as a class made bread together.

We took turns measuring out the flour and yeast

Then poured in the water

Then we took turns kneading the dough to make sure it was all mixed together properly. Although not all of us enjoyed the texture of the dough. 

 

We were all pretty happy with how it turned out! It was delicious!
